Our studio
A Vancouver training lab for responsible AI knowledge
Neural Vault Inc. began on Burrard Street when enterprise teams kept stacking generative AI licences without an indexed approach to literacy, retrieval discipline, or accountable adoption. Tools were abundant; structured archives of policy, review protocols, and governed knowledge were not — so we built a tiered vault curriculum to close that gap. We are a training provider — not a cryptocurrency custodian, not a neuroscience clinic, and not a consultancy selling guaranteed automation outcomes.
Burrard Street context
Our studio at 550 Burrard Street anchors Vancouver's Pacific Time enterprise district — where cross-border operations and compliance-heavy communications demand indexed AI governance, not ad hoc prompting. Neural Vault treats responsible AI education as archival work: capture policy context, classify use-case boundaries, retrieve approved patterns, and release outputs only after human verification.
We index training for Canadian teams in technology, professional services, public administration, and growth-stage SMEs. Hybrid delivery and self-paced vault modules extend our Burrard programme to Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, and nationwide remote cohorts.
Facilitator approach
Our facilitators are archive-minded governance trainers and enterprise AI practitioners — not actors presenting invented C-suite credentials. Each lead instructor logged years in policy drafting, compliance communications, or in-house learning design before curating vault tier programmes. They teach prompt engineering and retrieval-aware workflows from field experience, consistently placing human-in-the-loop review ahead of automation hype.
Workshops remain hands-on and interrogative: restrained cohort sizes, printed tier exercises, governance whiteboards, and reciprocal peer review. We enact the guardrails we prescribe — explicit about tool ceilings, direct about hallucination exposure, and honest that AI adoption is an indexed skills build, not a frictionless productivity shortcut.
What "Neural Vault" means
The name encodes our method: responsible AI knowledge belongs in indexed tiers — catalogued, access-controlled, and retrieved under governance protocols the way critical records belong in a vault. "Vault" signals tiered curriculum and secure adoption — not cryptocurrency cold storage, not patient data warehousing, and not a neuroscience treatment site. We help teams catalogue stewardship practices that hold up under external scrutiny, treating generative AI as a drafting collaborator released only after archival review.
We are explicitly not a financial technology company. We do not hold digital assets, resell blockchain subscriptions, or operate clinical brain-imaging services. We offer no warranties on analytics ROI, unsupervised automated decisions, or algorithmic certainty. If you need software implementation or medical services, we can recommend you speak with a licensed vendor or clinician — our mandate is vocational AI tool training and vault workshop facilitation.
Commitment to honest AI enablement
Canadian organizations rightly demand candid training partners. Neural Vault surfaces disclaimers on every tier page, applies PIPEDA principles to enrollment data, and rejects requests promising job placement, compensation growth, or revenue guarantees. Corporate agreements list educational outputs only: facilitated vault sessions, indexed materials, and participant retrieval guides.
We invite compliance and legal stakeholders to review our tier catalogue before signing. Transparency preserves archive integrity — and integrity underpins every responsible AI programme we release from Burrard Street.
