Is Neural Vault a cryptocurrency wallet, data storage product, or neuroscience clinic?
No. "Vault" is a brand metaphor for structured, responsible AI knowledge training. Neural Vault Inc. teaches enterprise readiness and governance-aware AI workflows for Canadian organizations — not crypto custody, not medical neuroscience, not deep-learning API sales. Our vault curriculum covers prompt engineering, responsible AI governance, and human-in-the-loop review using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude under documented oversight. We do not hold digital assets, operate clinical brain diagnostics, or promise automated wealth outcomes. The `.one` domain is branding only, not life coaching or wellness services. If you need a training provider for practical AI adoption with guardrails, we are exactly who we say we are; if you need a financial vault or neurology clinic, we are the wrong organization.
What background do vault tier participants need?
No programming or machine learning expertise is required for Vault Tier 1. Participants should be fluent with email, document editing, and organizational policy reading. Managers, compliance staff, operations leads, and knowledge workers all complete tiers successfully. Advanced tiers assume completion of AI Literacy Foundations or equivalent experience using generative AI tools in a corporate setting under existing review protocols.
Which delivery formats does Neural Vault offer?
Every format is available. Default cohort workshops run in-person at our Burrard Street studio with hybrid seats for remote Canadian team members. Self-paced module bundles operate fully online with scheduled live retrieval Q&A. Corporate team programmes deploy on your premises anywhere in Canada. Session times are quoted in Pacific Time (America/Vancouver).
How large are vault cohorts?
Public cohorts cap at fourteen participants to preserve facilitator attention during prompt engineering and governance exercises. Corporate team programmes scale to twenty-eight with an assistant facilitator. Executive briefings accept up to eight attendees.
What does corporate vault training cost?
Public vault tiers range from C$695 to C$1,050 per participant. Corporate team programmes start at C$9,200 for a customized multi-day engagement. Half-day executive briefings are C$3,100 flat. We deliver written CAD quotes before any booking is confirmed — no hidden fees.
What is Neural Vault's cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations more than fourteen days before a scheduled workshop receive a full refund minus a C$55 administration fee. Cancellations within fourteen days may transfer once to a future vault cohort at no charge. Unexcused absences forfeit tuition. Corporate master agreements may supersede these studio terms when executed in writing.
How does Neural Vault handle personal data under PIPEDA?
Enrollment forms retain only information required to deliver training: name, email, organization, and dietary or accessibility notes. Roster data is never monetized or brokered to third parties. Data resides on Canadian-hosted infrastructure with access restricted to enrollment staff. Review our Privacy Policy for full details and how to request access or deletion.
What do vault programmes NOT include?
Our training does not include job placement guarantees, salary promises, cryptocurrency or trading instruction, medical AI diagnostics, SaaS licence sales as a primary deliverable, neuroscience treatment, or life coaching. We deliver indexed AI workflow skills for enterprise settings — nothing outside that mandate.
What is your AI tool usage policy during vault workshops?
Attendees may use organization-approved generative AI tools during vault exercises. We ban pasting confidential personal data, unreleased financial figures, or client-identifiable records into public models without anonymization. Facilitators model human-in-the-loop review on every AI-assisted draft. Hallucination awareness drills are mandatory in every vault tier.
